Departure time: Until 11:00
Our facilities (rooms, garden, parking, umbrellas and sunbeds etc) can not be used before 15:00 (arrival) or after 11:00 (departure)
Barbeque is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Visitors are not allowed in our premises which include rooms, garden, parking, umbrellas and sunbeds etc.
No parties/events.

All children staying at our Pension must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with our procedures and requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Pension, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Pension or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you from the Pension if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached.

31 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded (any costs incurred by the customer)

30 or less days before arrival, the deposit is not refunded

We reserve the right to apply charges for any damage incurred to your room or the Pension during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.
By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge and unreserved acceptance of the Pension's accommodation, reservation, payment and cancellation policies.
